Fitness Class Descriptions

Ken Bo -  Cardio Sword Fighting
An original fitness class that brings the best of cardio kick boxing together with a kendo stick.  If you want to get out some agreesion, and learn how to slice and dice with a Samurai like sword, you will enjoy this non-contact class while working your core, legs and shoulders extensively as you swing, slice and chop your way to a bette body. 
 
Capoeira (Brazilian Fight Dance)

An awesome and unique stimulating form of African-Brazilian martial arts, with a lot of cardio and leg work.  This class brings together the force of martial arts, with Brazilian rhythms to formulate a workout that emphasizes endurance, speed and strategy.  Great fun for men and women.  

 
Mommy and Me

Training with your little one has never been so much fun and rewarding.  Workout partners come in all sizes. Engage in fun and bonding movements with your little one. 

Rockin' It
Tighten Up your physique as you learn basic fancy footwork and freezes to old school breakbeats and hip hop.  Top Rockin' is not just your ordinary Hip-Hop class you can learn to be a hit in the club or a star in your own mirror as you challenge your legs and core while moving through each routine.  
 
Figure 8 Bellydance
From Bollywood to Persia to American style, this exotic class will help you learn the basics of many different belly dancing styles from around the world all while shaping your hips, developing your abs and toning your legs.  Snake arms and shimmying never looked so good. 
 
Killer Workout
If you like diversity and fun in your workouts try this class!  You will be in constant movement for 50 minutes burning calories, toninig muscles and challenging your cardio capacity while enduring a challenging non-stop barrage of movements that combines the best of kickboxing, dumbbell exercises and body weight exercises.  Set to upbeat music, this killer workout can jump start your fitness mission, improve your current fitness level and tone your entire body.  
 
NFL Crunch  (NOT For Losers)
Want to revisit the varsity practices of high school, when exercising was hard but fun, join this plyometric intensive where short high intensity exercises are geared towards improving your power, speed and agility.  As the music blares in the background you will be challenged to move your feet fast, throw things, jump hurdles and sport your way to the best shape and functionally fit body you have ever had.    
 
Mixed Martial Fitness 
An intense blend of martial arts styles ranging from Muay Thai to Tai Chi and kick boxing. Set to music, the object of this class is to elevate your heartrate and burn calories while you agreesively shadow fight.
 
The Back Yard Bootcamp (Tough Girl Workout)
This class is tough.  If want to play tug of war, hit things, chase someone and endure an extremely unique and exhilirating format which takes basic movements and makes them agreesive join us and enjoy this hardcore bootcamp style format that is guaranteed to test your endurance, build your strength and make you tough. Fantastic for men and women who like bootcamps but want something unique.  Suitable for all fitness levels.
 
Better Body Bootcamp
A cardio intense bootcamp that focuses on keeping you moving through an array of body toning, heart racing movements that will help you reach your fitness goal, whether it is to lose weight or tighten up your physique.
