You have a fitness goal that you want to reach, but you have not been able to do it on your own.  Personal training costs from $50-100/hr.  Twelve sessions would cost $600-1200.  This program matches the rigor of personal training at a fraction of the cost.  For $15/session, $120 - $300 / month, you will have trainers, as well as a peer group to keep you accountable to your goal.  Seize the day with our boot camp! Who should join?
We take them all from high-level athletes to people who have never even walked around the block. I am sure you are somewhere in between. Even your location shouldn't stop you from taking advantage of our exhilarating boot camp: Phoenix, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Queen Creek. If you're in the valley, you're welcome to come by our Gilbert facility to sign up.
 
All of our routines at our boot camp are designed to allow all participants to be able to adjust their exercise intensity and difficulty to match their fitness level.  Rest assured, this is an intense experience, but no one will be embarrassed or belittled. If Richard Simmons can dance around in those little shorts, you can endure this boot camp.
 
Bootcamp Cost for four week term
 
2 sessions / week = $99
3 sessions / week = $120 
4 sessions / week = $135 (includes unlimited classes)
 
The Back Yard Bootcamp (Tough Girl Workout)
 
This class is tough.  If want to play tug of war, hit things, chase someone and endure an extremely unique and exhilarating format which takes basic movements and makes them aggressive join us and enjoy this hardcore bootcamp style format that is guaranteed to test your endurance, build your strength and make you tough. This bootcamp is fantastic for men and women who like bootcamps, but want something unique.  Suitable for all fitness levels.
 
Better Body Bootcamp
 
A cardio intense bootcamp that focuses on keeping you moving through an array of body toning, heart racing movements that will help you reach your fitness goal, whether it is to lose weight or tighten up your physique.
